Shipping Info

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch (these are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude processing time):

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. Shipping availability is determined at checkout based on your destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Free shipping on orders over $39. Any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your order.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view order status in your account under Order History.

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
