Follow the same sequence every time. The portal is the source of truth for status, links, commissions, and payout requests.

Create your Jemdo account
Use the email you want attached to commission notices. New users can register from the sign-in page; no separate affiliate account is required.

Submit the creator application
Add your main channel, profile URL, audience size, and content focus in the creator portal. If you publish on more than one channel, list the others in your application note.

Wait for approval
We review the channel and content fit. Your application and the commission campaign are separate gates: tracking links unlock only after your creator status is approved and an active campaign is available. Payout requests follow a separate balance, payout-profile, and compliance review.

Create a tracking link
Once both gates are open, choose a label and destination in Links. Copy the generated URL exactly—do not rewrite its query or creator code.

Publish and disclose
Place the link near the recommendation and clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Use your own link only for genuine audience referrals.

Watch, then request payout
Orders first appear as pending, then become available after the store’s review and refund window. Save payout details before requesting a batch.

The ledger records each hand-off so you can explain where a commission is in the lifecycle.

Do I need a separate affiliate account?
No. Register a Jemdo account first, then apply from the creator portal. Your account owns the application, links, commission history, and payout profile.
Where do I get my referral URL?
After your creator status is approved and an active campaign is available, open the creator portal and use Tracking links → Create link. The portal displays the full URL and lets you copy it.
When is commission paid?
A matched order starts as pending. It becomes available only after the configured refund and review window; cancelled, refunded, or reversed orders do not pay.
Which payout methods are available?
PayPal is the first automated rail when configured. Other methods may require operations review. Save the payout email and tax country shown in your portal before requesting.
Who do I contact?
For application or payout questions, email the creator support team and include your account email plus a link ID—never include passwords or verification codes.
